Research on Emergency Communication Network Link Planning Based on Knowledge Reasoning

This paper focuses on the problem of emergency communication network link planning, and proposes a knowledgebased emergency communication network link planning strategy to address the shortcomings of traditional planning methods that rely on manual experience, cannot fully explore data information, and are difficult to achieve global optimality. Our strategy introduces the knowledge graph completion method, which transforms the network link planning problem into a knowledge graph completion task. Taking emergency communication support requirements as the logical starting point, it uses vertical domain knowledge graphs for knowledge reasoning and then plans communication network links. Performance analysis shows that our strategy achieves a human-machine collaborative planning mode, reduces the cognitive burden of network planners, and provides new ideas and methods for emergency communication network link planning.
