Research and Implementation of Redis-Based Data Hot-Table Caching Mode
With the rapid development of social informatization and intelligence, the volume of data in information systems has grown exponentially. Traditional relational databases have become the mainstream storage medium due to their unified operational standards and stable, reliable characteristics. However, high-concurrency read and write scenarios pose significant challenges to relational databases. Relational databases store data on disks, and each data read or write operation requires interaction with the disk. Frequent I/O operations severely affect the availability and stability of the system. To address the I/O performance bottleneck of relational databases in high-concurrency scenarios, a Redis-based data hot-table caching mode is proposed(RHTCM). This pattern designs an integrated exponential smoothing prediction algorithm to achieve real-time heat prediction for accessed tables in the system. It utilizes a modulo-based approach to enable efficient data pagination extraction and processing. Additionally, a table-object mapping storage migration mode is adopted to achieve efficient data migration. Experimental results show that by leveraging Redis’s exceptionally high read and write performance, the frequency of disk interactions is significantly reduced, greatly enhancing the real-time response capability of the database system.
