Design and Implementation of Low-altitude Flight Dynamic Monitoring and Management Platform
This paper constructs a low-altitude flight dynamic monitoring and management platform to address the problem of monitoring blind spots and data loss in continuous tracking of lowaltitude cooperative targets using a single ADS-B or BeiDou surveillance source. The platform parses the raw surveillance data from ADS-B and BeiDou short messages, interpolate and predict missing data from both ADS-B and BeiDou surveillance sources based on the least squares method, then persistent stores and forwards the fused data, and designs a flight dynamic monitoring and management platform based on this, ultimately achieving continuous tracking of low-altitude cooperative targets.
