In the field of modern legal research, the problem of legal modernity is directly related to the emergence of postmodern jurisprudence. It was thanks to people’s close attention to postmodern jurisprudence that the implicit background theme of “modernity” came out of the shadows to the foreground and became the focus of people’s attention. Based on this, this article examines the topic of legal modernity and the perfection of the modern system of legal entities, the essence and direction of legal modernity, as well as the rational forms and evolution of modern models of the legal system.
