THE INFLUENCE OF INSTITUTIONAL CONDITIONS ON THE FORMATION AND FUNCTIONING OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN A MARKET ECONOMY
In the current conditions of Russia’s development, the social sphere is acquiring new vectors of expansion and investment, forming a qualitatively new phenomenon located at the intersection of the social and economic structures of the state. The concept of social entrepreneurship, previously familiar mainly outside the country, is now being actively implemented in the Russian business environment. The accumulated experience in implementing social projects requires analysis and assessment of emerging problems, as well as determining the prospects for further deve lopment of this area in modern Russia. Social entrepreneurship is a type of entrepreneurial activity in which the activity of an entrepreneur or organization is aimed not only at business development and making a profit, but also at mitigating or completely resolving one or more pressing social problems, and which is characterized by consistency and financial stability.
