THE ROLE OF THE GOVERNMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF COOPERATION BY EXAMPLE METALLURGICAL INDUSTRY
The article analyzes the role of the state in the development of cooperatives using the example of the metallurgical industry. The main factors that determine the need for sectoral cooperation are considered: ensuring economic security, solving environmental problems and import substitution in the context of sanctions restrictions. The article analyzes government mechanisms for supporting cooperation in metallurgy, including the creation of clusters, technology parks and financial support for joint projects. Special attention is paid to a new format of coordination — industrial competence centers (ICCS). Using the example of ICK Metallurgy, the effectiveness of the consortium approach to solving the technological challenges of the industry is demonstrated. Specific examples of ongoing projects in the field of digitalization of production, import substitution of software and technological equipment are presented. The conclusion is made about the key role of public-private partnership in ensuring the technological sovereignty of the metallurgical industry and its sustainable development.
