Features of the functioning of preverbs in languages finno-ugric group
The relevance of this study is due to the need for an in-depth study of the preverbs in the context of their multifunctionality, which includes word-forming, structural-semantic and grammatical aspects within the finno-ugric language family. Despite the considerable amount of research devoted to individual aspects of preverbiation, a holistic consideration of preverbs in closely related languages of this group, taking into account their diachronic and synchronous connections, remains underdeveloped. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively study the preverbs within the framework of the Surgut dialect of the khanty language. To achieve this goal, it seems necessary to solve the following tasks: to determine the specific features of the functioning of the preverbs in this dialect, to analyze their role in word-forming processes and to identify the main functions that they perform in the structure of the sentence and text. The methodological and theoretical basis of this study was the conceptual provisions developed by leading ugric linguists in the field of verbal word formation and morphology of the khanty language, such as V. Steinitz, N.I. Tereshkin, M. Chepregi, A.S. Pesikova, N.B. Koshkareva, V.E. Varda, G.L. Nakhracheva, F.M. Lelkhova, V.N. Solovar and others. Reliance on the scientific heritage of these scientists made it possible to carry out an in-depth analysis of the features of the functioning of preverbs in the surgut dialect of the khanty language. The results of the study can be used in further theoretical developments in the field of morphology, semantics and syntax of finno-ugric languages, as well as in the practice of teaching disciplines devoted to the khanty language and its teaching methods at Nizhnevartovsk State University. The data obtained can contribute to the creation of textbooks and the development of new methods of teaching the khanty language, contributing to the preservation and development of this language.
