Toxic epidermal necrolysis-like acute cutaneous lupus erythematosus

TEN-like ACLE is a rare form of cutaneous SLE, which manifests as bullous eruptions and is often fatal. TEN-like ACLE closely mimics and can be difficult to distinguish from SJS and TEN, however, in lieu of causative medication, ultraviolet light is thought to be the driving factor of apoptosis.
