CURRENT STATE AND STRATEGIES OF TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES MANAGEMENT IN THE TOURIST AND RECREATIONAL COMPLEX OF UKRAINE

The article studies peculiarities of the current state of transport and transport enterprises as part of the tourist and recreational complex of Ukraine.The place in the vertical and horizontal subordination of transport and transport enterprises in the structure of the tourist and recreational complex of Ukraine is determined, the connection between all elementary types of tourist and recreational activities (tourist and recreational chains) is shown, which proves its importance in the functioning of the TRC.It has been found that in 2022 the volume of products (goods, services) sold by transport business entities will decline compared to previous years.The level of profitability of all activities of transport enterprises involved in the TFC as of 2022 has negative indicators (except for enterprises that are classified as other passenger land transport according to NACE-2010). The largest drop in profitability is in passenger air transport.The study revealed a decrease in the number of tourists transported in 2021 by all modes of transport and transport enterprises within the CTC compared to 2019.It was found that from 2018 to 2021, there was a significant decrease in the number of tourists who entered the Ukrainian shopping and entertainment complexes from abroad (from 42107.7 thousand tourists to 18793 thousand by year, respectively) by road, water, air and rail. Also, the departure of Ukrainian citizens decreased from 42312.7 thousand in 2018 to 18931.8 thousand in 2021.It is established that passenger turnover in 2022 as a % of the corresponding period in 2021 by months from January to December decreased arithmetically.It is proved that an important component in the functioning of the TFC is the provision of means of transport for persons with disabilities and low-mobility groups, for the movement of which passenger trains, electric trains, diesel trains and high-speed trains, tram cars, trolleybuses and subway cars operate. Passenger trains accounted for the largest number of rolling stock adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and low-mobility groups ‒ 3,692 units, trolleybuses ‒ 2,983 units, and electric trains ‒2,535 units. In 2022, the number of railway stations, stations and stopping points adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and low-mobility groups was 1503.Transport enterprises operating as part of the tourist and recreational complex are divided into possible management strategies.Keywords:transport enterprise, tourist and recreational complex (TRC), strategy, business entity, tourism.
