Definitive analysis of the concept of “professional training of social sphere specialists”

The article provides a thorough, definitive analysis of the concept of “professional training of social sphere specialists” through the prism of the concepts of “training” and “professional training”. The main approaches to their interpretation in reference, encyclopedic and scientific literature are considered, various concepts that reveal the content and structure of these processes are analyzed. The study found that professional training of social sphere specialists includes not only the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, but also the formation of practical skills, the development of personal qualities, emotional intelligence, and social and communicative competencies.
