Revealing the spatio-temporal structure of mid-infrared laser pulses

Complete spatio-temporal characterization of a mid-IR OPCPA system in the spectral range of 2.9 to 3.6 µm was performed by using the ICE technique and temporal measurement with the TIPTOE technique. The method paves the way towards revealing the spatio-spectral and spatio-temporal structure of mid-IR and far-IR laser pulses with few-to-single-cycle duration.

Abstract

Complete spatio-temporal characterization of a mid-IR OPCPA system in the spectral range of 2.9 to 3.6 µm was performed by using the ICE technique and temporal measurement with the TIPTOE technique. The method paves the way towards revealing the spatio-spectral and spatio-temporal structure of mid-IR and far-IR laser pulses with few-to-single-cycle duration.
