Dual output multi mJ kilohertz broadband frontend for L2-DUHA laser
The broadband frontend of L2-DUHA laser consist of two picosecond OPCPA chains intended to provide a NIR-IR seed for high power nanosecond OPCPA and a MID-IR auxiliary beam. Both OPCPA chains are driven by a single regenerative amplifier providing 3 ps, 40 mJ pulses at 1030 nm which are used for the generation of a broadband beam for both branches via supercontinuum generation and for pumping of all OPCPA stages. Here we present on the current status of each of these amplifiers and their applications at ELI-ERIC.
