Modern problems of physical activity among full general secondary education students

In contemporary society, there is an alarming trend of declining physical activity among young people, which undoubtedly has a negative impact on their health and overall development. The purpose of this article is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current problems that hinder the achievement of sufficient physical activity among full general secondary education students, and to identify effective ways to solve them. To achieve the stated goal, a comprehensive approach was used, including various scientific research methods. In particular, a detailed analysis of scientific and methodological literature was conducted, which made it possible to identify key trends and problems in this area. Questionnaires were also conducted among students and teachers, which provided firsthand information about the actual state of affairs. Pedagogical observation of the educational process allowed for the evaluation of the effectiveness of existing methods and the identification of their shortcomings. In addition, statistical analysis of the obtained data helped to identify patterns and trends influencing the physical activity of schoolchildren. Special attention was paid to studying the impact of modern technologies on the physical activity of young people, as they play an increasingly important role in the lives of modern schoolchildren. An analysis of the psychological factors influencing students' motivation to engage in physical education was also conducted, since motivation is a key factor determining the level of physical activity. The research revealed a number of key problems that affect the low level of physical activity among schoolchildren. Among them, insufficient motivation to engage in physical education was identified, which may be related to the insufficient interest of educational programs and the lack of an individual approach to students. The limited nature of educational programs, which do not always meet the current needs and interests of schoolchildren, was also revealed. An increase in time spent with gadgets is also a serious problem, as it leads to a sedentary lifestyle. Insufficient infrastructure for sports, as well as insufficient attention to promoting a healthy lifestyle, are also important factors affecting the physical activity of schoolchildren. In addition, it was found that many schools lack modern sports grounds and equipment, which complicates the organization of effective physical education classes. The problem of physical activity is particularly acute in wartime conditions, when children are forced to spend a lot of time in shelters and also experience significant psychological stress. Distance learning also negatively affects the physical activity of students, as they spend a lot of time at the computer, which leads to a sedentary lifestyle.
