Discurso de ingreso AH01
The clinical art, a historical pillar of medicine, has declined in recent decades due to technological predominance and the loss of humanistic skills. This study analyzes the causes and consequences of this phenomenon through a critical review of medical literature, academic discourses and clinical observations. A deterioration in anamnesis, physical examination and the doctor-patient relationship, replaced by a technocratic approach, is evidenced. Recovering the clinical art requires educational reforms that balance science and humanism, prioritizing patient-centered training.
