For the development of the data collection instrument, some questionnaire items were formulated taking into account the essential elements of educational inclusion such as philosophy, legislation and other factors that influence their application. For the instrument piloting and subsequent statistical analysis, 31 professors from the health area participated, who taught classes at a university level. Results: Regarding the instrument, it was obtained that all the items have an approving concordance index, with the highest score being 0.95 and the lowest being 0.79. For some items a second writing was carried out. With the data from the application of the instrument, a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.92 was obtained. Conclusions: The application of validated instrument allows us to reliably measure the level of knowledge and application of the educational inclusion model.
