Features of ignition of brown coal microparticles by laser radiation with different structure
The paper considers the features of coal ignition using different laser operating modes: continuous radiation of an ytterbium laser (λ = 1070 nm), pulsed radiation of a neodymium laser (λ = 1064 nm) operating in the free-running mode (τi = 120 μs) and the Q-switched mode (τi = 12 ns). A significant difference in the kinetic, spectral, and energy characteristics of the ignition of brown coal microparticles in the three used modes is shown.
