Electrophysical properties of acrylic composites with multi-wall carbon nanotubes
The results of a study of the frequency dependence of the dielectric permittivity of composite materials based on multi-walled carbon nanotubes are presented. Experimental samples were made of acrylic paint with the addition of carbon nanotubes with the concentrations of 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 wt.%. An ultrasonic source with a power of 25 W and a frequency of 25 kHz was used to process the mixture. The measurements were carried out using the capacitor method. A comparison was carried out of a complex permittivity and conductivity at an alternating current of the samples under study, manufactured at different durations of ultrasonic treatment. It has been shown that the duration of ultrasonic treatment of the initial suspension affects the value of the complex permittivity and conductivity of the samples, which makes it possible to obtain materials with different electrophysical characteristics without changing the composition of the mixture.
