DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND SOCIAL INNOVATIONS IN THE ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY OF RUSSIA

The electronics industry of Russia plays a key role in ensuring technological sovereignty and digital transformation of the economy. Effective development of the industry is directly related to the quality of human resources and the level of implementation of social innovations. The article analyzes the current state of human resources, identifies structural and organizational problems of training specialists, and examines modern approaches to the formation of a new social environment at enterprises in the industry. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms for integrating continuous learning, digitalization of personnel management processes and the creation of inclusive workspaces. Practical recommendations are formulated for the development of human capital in order to increase the competitiveness of the electronics industry in the context of global technological change.
