EFFECTIVENESS OF CEMENTLESS PROSTHESIS IN PATIENTS OVER 70 YEARS OF AGE
The technique reduces complications, including inflammatory reactions and long-term bone loss. The low rate of surgical revision and return to recreational activities reinforce its efficacy. Although cemented prostheses have historically been preferred, uncemented prostheses offer advantages in the elderly population, as they preserve bone and facilitate revisions. Level of evidence III; Therapeutic Studies - Investigation of Treatment Outcomes.
