Hubungan Kualitas Tidur dengan Status Hemodinamik pada Pasien di Ruang ICU RS Graha Husada Bandar Lampung

Sleep quality problems generally often occur in critical patients who are being treated in the ICU, impacting their psychological and physiological health. This triggers an unstable hemodynamic status which leads to decreased immunity and increased metabolism. This study aims to determine the correlation between sleep quality and hemodynamic status in patients admitted to the ICU room of Graha Husada Hospital, Bandar Lampung. This quantitative research uses an analytic survey design with a cross- sectional approach. The population was 31 respondents, with a sample of 24 respondents with a cosmetic level of consciousness, carried out in July-September 2024 using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire, with data analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that most respondents had poor sleep quality (14 respondents, 58.3%), where 12 respondents (50%) had unstable hemodynamic status. Statistical analysis showed a significant correlation between sleep quality and hemodynamic status with a p-value (0.000) < 0.05. It is hoped that improving the quality of sleep in ICU patients can aid in the healing process and stabilize hemodynamic status

Statistical analysis showed a significant correlation between sleep quality and hemodynamic status with a p-value (0.000) < 0.05. It is hoped that improving the quality of sleep in ICU patients can aid in the healing process and stabilize hemodynamic status
