Current state of legal research on digital creativity and Generative Artificial Intelligence
Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) is redefining digital creativity through its capacity to produce original content - texts, images, music, and code - using advanced neural networks. This article analyzes the evolution of this technology, its impact on creative industries, education, and society, as well as the associated risks: disinformation, dependency, and job losses. The Moravec Paradox is emphasized, suggesting that AI excels in complex tasks but fails at seemingly simple ones. The author advocates for ethical and transparent regulation that balances technological progress with the protection of human values.
