Hierarchical scheduling method for distribution network-microgrid clusters considering flexible grouping

The coordinated operation of distribution networks and microgrid clusters is one of the key technical means to enhance the local consumption capacity of distributed renewable generators and reduce operating costs. Sub-microgrids flexibly form various forms of microgrid clusters to adapt to the randomness and volatility of distributed renewable generators and the continuous changes in operational environments. Based on the sequential unit dispatching cost and dispatching capacity of sub-microgrids, the distribution network establishes a dynamic aggregation hierarchical model for sub-microgrids. With the goal of minimizing the total operating cost of the distribution network-microgrid cluster system, a leader–follower game model for economic dispatch of distribution network-microgrid clusters is established. On this basis, according to the characteristics of flexible group formation, an emergent revenue allocation method based on the value of mutual aid power is proposed. Through case simulations using the IEEE 33-node distribution system and actual microgrid clusters, the effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified.
