Multimodal Imaging of Varied Presentation of Tamoxifen Maculopathy
Tamoxifen is used as an adjuvant in the treatment of breast cancer. It is well tolerated and results in the reduction of recurrence and mortality; however, it can cause systemic and ocular side effects. Tamoxifen maculopathy is one of the rare ocular complications with limited literature available about retinal vascular changes. Here, we describe the varied presentation of three cases of tamoxifen maculopathy which were evaluated using multimodal imaging.
