Research on Modeling and Evaluation of Spatiotemporal Uncertainty Wind Speed for Wind Turbines
Wind energy, as the main source of power for wind turbines, often has a variable spatial and temporal distribution, leading to difficulties in monitoring and characterizing wind loads in design. Wind speed, as a key random variable, is crucial for accurately fitting the probability distribution of wind speed in wind energy resource assessment, which is related to the reliability of the assessment results. Therefore, this paper adopts two methods, namely, dual parameter Weibull distribution and Gaussian sum density probability distribution of wind speed can reflect the actual workload of wind turbines under different wind speed conditions, thereby helping to assess the fatigue and damage risks of equipment during long-term operation. Wind speed evaluation is of great significance for the reliability of wind turbines.
