Currents and futuristic trends in treatment of blood cancer

Leukaemia is the class of types of blood cancer which influence the spleen, lymphatic system, and bone marrow’s blood-forming components. Leukaemia comes in a variety of forms, making diagnosis and treatment challenging. Conventional treatment methods like radiotherapy and chemotherapy can have a lot of negative consequences and be hazardous. Therefore, current research focuses on creating particular nano-formulations for the targeted administration of anti-leukemica medications while preventing harmful effects on healthy cells. Nanostructures can be used for both diagnostic and treatment. This article will discuss the several forms of leukaemia, their causes, diagnosis, and traditional treatments. Next, in vivo and clinical research are being undertaken to examine the usage of nanoparticles in leukaemia diagnostics and the creation of nano carriers for the effective delivery of anti-leukaemia medications. Consequently, it could aid in the development of new and cutting-edge nanoparticles for the targeted therapy of leukaemia with reduced toxicities and adverse effects.
