A TECNOLOGIA E A GESTÃO NO AMBIENTE EDUCACIONAL: ABORDAGENS E REFLEXÕES

This paper presents an in-depth study of the vast contributions that Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) can offer to school management, with an emphasis on the digital gradebook as an indispensable tool for educators. Through this research, we intend to demonstrate that adequate guidance can enable teachers to fully explore the potential of a dynamic and effective tool, with vast applications in the learning environment. ICT for teaching is a topic frequently debated by educators and researchers interested in the inclusion of technological tools in teaching practices. The incorporation of this technology in education radically transforms the school routine, establishing new dynamics of practicality and agility. The State Department of Education has already made available a practical, simple and innovative software, which promises to bring great benefits to all teachers and facilitate the work of school secretaries, eliminating the need to manually enter students' grades in report cards. The adequate use of technological tools for school management offers significant advantages for the organizational improvement of the institution. If teachers take ownership of the digital diary and use it correctly in their routines, following all the steps, they and the institution will enjoy countless benefits. This technology not only optimizes the workflow, but also raises the level of efficiency and effectiveness in school administration, marking a true revolution in the educational scenario.
