A NEW THEORY HOWELL’S SPACE AND FRACTIONAL HARTLEY TRANSFORM

Abstract: This paper introduced the notation of fractional Hartley transform on Howell’s space as Howell himself had extended Fourier transform in the series of paper the main goal are the introduction of the basic space of test function.
