Unusual onset and presentation of isolated Uni-iliac aneurysm dissection in presence of aortoiliac aneurysms
Close monitoring of these patients is crucial due to the significant morbidity associated. Early intervention may be necessary, particularly before any signs of deterioration and hemorrhagic shock.
