A landmark synopsis of Australian Mesozoic marine macroinvertebrates
MESOZOIC fossils have been a focus of intensive research in Australia for more than 150 years, with some of the earliest studies describing new taxa from the vast Lower Cretaceous epeiric deposits covering what is today the northeastern and central areas of the continent. Alcheringa is once again proud to present the nextauFNSL synopsis by Jell & Cook (2025), which focuses on Australian Mesozoic marine macroinvertebrates. Jell & Cook (2025) have compiled a detailed historical and geological background, and produced species occurrence tables listing the most up-to-date startigraphical distributions.
