Methodological foundations of personnel security in organizations and large social and economic systems

The article presents the results of the analysis of the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation in the field of personnel security. The aspects and directions of the implementation of state policy aimed at improving the mechanisms of personnel provision and development of human potential are highlighted. The current trends and requirements formed in the labor market are shown. The factors of ensuring personnel security are formulated.
