ANALYSIS OF THE MIGRATION MOVEMENT OF THE POPULATION OF THE CENTRAL FEDERAL DISTRICT IN THE FRAMEWORK OF ENSURING REGIONAL PERSONNEL SECURITY

The purpose of the study: to identify current threats and challenges to regional personnel security based on the analysis of migration processes in the Central Federal District. Research methodology: analysis using the statistical method of time series assessment. Research results: threats and challenges to regional personnel security were identified. Originality and significance of the results: the basis for the study is the thesis that human potential with its inherent set of quantitative and qualitative characteristics plays a key role in ensuring personnel security in the region.
