DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN INDUSTRIAL SECTOR: CHOOSING TOOLS FOR BUSINESS PROCESS TRANSFORMATION
This study analyzes the tools of digital transformation of business processes. The main directions of practical application of digital tools are investigated. Based on the study of best practices in the application of digital solutions, a list of digital tools used to improve the business processes of the enterprise has been determined. The result of the research was the formation of a matrix of digital tools for the transformation of business processes of a modern enterprise.
