LEVEL AND DYNAMICS OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF RUSSIA
The level of digitalization of agriculture in Russia is relatively low. In recent years, the Government of the country has been actively encouraging the use of digital technologies in the agricultural sector, but much remains to be done to fully integrate digital solutions into agriculture. Currently, geo-distributed agricultural information support systems are actively used in Russia, including remote sensing of the Earth, sensor networks, data analysis and artificial intelligence. These technologies make it possible to improve weather forecasting, monitor the condition of soil and plants, and optimize the use of resources. However, problems with insufficient availability of modern information technologies, lack of trained personnel and the complexity of implementing new digital solutions remain relevant. At the same time, many agricultural producers do not see sufficient economic advantages in digitalization and prefer traditional, more familiar methods of work. With the help of modern technologies, such as process automation, the use of information systems and drones, agriculture can significantly increase its productivity. This allows you to increase the volume of production per unit of land and reduce labor and resource costs. In some cases, agricultural communities prefer to continue using traditional methods based on experience and heredity. The adoption of new technologies may face resistance from farmers based on their established habits and cultural characteristics. The introduction of new technologies requires fundamental changes in the work and management of agricultural enterprises.
