SPECIFICS OF PERSONNEL MOTIVATION IN LIGHT INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

The article examines current issues of personnel motivation at light industry enterprises, with an emphasis on the clothing industry. This paper analyzes the main factors influencing employee incentives, such as: low involvement, staff turnover, ineffective incentive systems, etc. Particular attention is paid to the most common mistakes in the use of motivation enhancement tools and their solutions. The results of the study can be useful to HR managers and heads of industry enterprises.
