APPROACHES TO WORKING WITH OPEN SOURCES OF INFORMATION WHEN COMPILING INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL DOCUMENTS (USING THE EXAMPLE OF ANALYZING CHINA’S INFLUENCE ON THE OIL AND GAS SECTOR OF CENTRAL ASIA)

The article is devoted to the consideration of the authors’ approaches to the compilation of information and analytical documents based on open sources on the topic of the oil and gas sector. In the article, the authors pay special attention to the consideration of a practical approach to working with open sources of information in conditions of an insufficient information base. The novelty of the article is the author’s approach to working with information, which allows the researcher to collect, analyze and summarize significant amounts of information in a short time to study China’s influence on the oil and gas sector of Central Asia.
