CHINESE ACCELERATORS: EXPERIENCE AND ISSUES OF IMPLEMENTATION IN RUSSIA

The article examines the experience of forming and developing the accelerator program in China, which ensured its transition from “catch-up development” to technological leadership. An analysis of China’s adaptation of the Western accelerator model to national characteristics is conducted. The advantages and disadvantages of centralizing the processes of ensuring technological growth in the hands of the state, which acts as the main regulator and investor of innovative projects, are assessed. Directions for possible implementation of China’s experience in domestic practice are proposed.
