PRACTICAL LOGIC AND POSSIBILITIES OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION DEVELOPMENT: SOCIAL AND CULTURAL CHANGES

With the development of a new round of the scientific and technological revolution and the industrial revolution, digital transformation has become a common idea in the global educational community. Currently, the digital transformation of higher education is in its early stages, and the overall logical structure of the digital transformation is still unclear. The question of how to deploy and build an information system for higher education institutions has become a problem that colleges and universities urgently need to address. As a process that focuses on technological innovation and change in education, the emergence and practice of digital transformation in education has important implications for development. Four factors of social and cultural change, the driving force of technological innovation, national policy guidance, and the endogenous development of the education system jointly contribute to the digital transformation of education. The practical logic of digital transformation of education can be considered as a behavioral choice based on value intentions. This article examines the maturity structure of the digitalization of education, as well as the importance of relevant theoretical research in the field of digital transformation of education and the wave of global changes in education with a more active position.
