THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN OPERATIONAL INVESTIGATIVE ACTIVITIES: CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS

The article examines the effectiveness of the use of information technology (IT) in operational investigative activities, analyzing both the advantages and emerging challenges. The purpose of the study is to identify ways to increase the efficiency of the ORD through the use of IT. The paper considers the tasks of integrating modern technologies, ensuring information security and training qualified personnel. The results of the study demonstrate that the introduction of specialized software systems, analytical systems and Big Data technologies increases the effectiveness of crime detection. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of recommendations for optimizing the use of IT in the media, contributing to the fight against crime in the context of the digitalization of society.
