Immunoreactivity of the rabbit organism during aerosol disinfection with the ex-perimental biocide “RabbitDez” in the presence of animals

Aerosol disinfection in the presence of animals, especially in rabbit farms, is a promising direction, since it is accompanied by a significant economic effect. In addition, the use of aerosol as a method of introducing not only preventive biocides, but also stimulants of metabolic processes and protective reactions of the body into the animal body is interesting. The aim of the work was to investigate the effect of the experimental biocide “RabbitDez” based on polyhexamethyleneguanidine, dimexide, and nanoaquachelates Ag and Ge on the immunity of rabbits during aerosol disinfection in the presence of animals. The study was conducted on Termon white rabbits. The experiment consisted of a control and four experimental groups of 10 rabbits each: in experimental group 1, animals were subjected to aerosol disinfection in the presence of animals with the prototype “Zoodizin”, in group 2 – with an experimental version of the developed disinfectant containing polyhexamethyleneguanidine and dimexide, in group 3 – with an experimental version of the developed disinfectant containing polyhexamethyleneguanidine, dimexide and Ag nanoaquachelates, in group 4 – with an experimental version of the developed disinfectant containing polyhexamethyleneguanidine, dimexide and Ag and Ge nanoaquachelates (the final version of the developed biocide “RabbitDez”), and the control group of rabbits was not disinfected. Aerosol disinfection in the presence of rabbits was carried out weekly for 3 months. During the period of 2, 2.5, and 3 months of rabbit breeding, blood was collected, and the total number of lymphocytes and their subclasses, the number of total immunoglobulins and their subclasses, the bactericidal and lysozyme activity of blood serum, the phagocytic activity of neutrophils, and the phagocytic index were determined. As a result of the research, it was found that only the application of the experimental disinfectant “RabbitDez” with immunoprotective components (nano-aquahemates Ag and Ge) during aerosol disinfection in the presence of animals contributed to the response of the cellular immunity of rabbits, which was manifested by a probable increase in the number of lymphocytes by 16.2 % (P < 0.01), T-lymphocytes by 10.0 % (P < 0.05), B-lymphocytes by 16.5 % (P < 0.01), T-helpers by 10.2 % (P < 0.001), 0-cells by 14.1 % (P < 0.01), phagocytic activity by 12.1 % (P < 0.05), phagocytic index by 10.0 % (P < 0.01) and a decrease in the number of T-suppressors by 12.7 % (P < 0.01). Changes in the humoral immunity of rabbits under these conditions were manifested by a probable increase in the level of γ- and β-globulins by 13.6 % (P < 0.001) and 18.9 % (P < 0.05), respectively, within the normal range, the total number of immunoglobulins by 11.0 % (P < 0.05), Ig G, M and A by 9.9 % (P < 0.05), 13.9 % (P < 0.05) and 13.7 % (P < 0.001), and the absence of probable changes in the level of CIC and seromucoids. At the same time, the level of BASK and LASK increased within the normal range by 11.3 and 12.4 % (P < 0.001), respectively.
