INNOVATIVE BINDER FOR BLOCK GRAVEL FILTERS IN DEEP PRODUCTION WELLS

Objective. To substantiate the innovative technology of applying a block gravel filter in deep production wells using a biosoluble binder. This will improve the technological characteristics of the filter, increase the depth of its application, reduce costs and minimize environmental impact. Methods. The study is based on an analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the field of water supply, a review of scientific literature and patent sources on block gravel filters. Results. The design of a bio-soluble block gravel filter has been developed, which provides effective water filtration at great depths. Scientific novelty. The introduction of a biosoluble binder for monolithization of a block gravel filter on the day surface. Practical significance. The developed technology is widely used in the field of water supply, in particular in regions with critical water shortages. The use of biosoluble block gravel filters will help improve water quality, reduce the risk of aquifer contamination, and increase the efficiency of drilling operations. The proposed solutions can be implemented in water intake systems for domestic, industrial and military needs, as well as used in the processes of reintegration and restoration of the infrastructure of de-occupied territories. Keywords: production well, block gravel filter, binder, drilling, well.
