PERANCANGAN UI/UX PADA RESERVASI STUDIO FOTO ALFINO PHOTOGRAPY

This study discusses the design of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for the reservation system at Alfino Photography. By using the Design Thinking method which includes the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and testing, this study aims to make it easier for customers to order photography packages. The test results show that the resulting design improves operational efficiency and provides a better user experience. With this system, customers can make reservations without having to come directly to the studio, thus increasing customer comfort and satisfaction. It is hoped that this implementation can support business growth and increase customer loyalty to Alfino Photography
