PROYECTO DE ACCIÓN E INTERVENCIÓN Y REHABILITACIÓN DE LA HEMINEGLIGENCIA VISO-ESPACIAL (NEGLECT)ENCIA VISO-ESPACIAL (NEGLECT).
The primary objective is to enhance the quality of life for individuals who have experienced a cerebrovascular accident, resulting in neglect syndrome. This initiative is founded upon suitable therapeutic modalities, structured within an integrated, motivational, neuropsychological, and neurophysiological framework. The overarching aim is to facilitate the prompt resumption of daily activities. This endeavor is tailored to accommodate the imperatives of mobilization and autonomy. Within the context of this intervention and rehabilitation, the Perfetti method serves as the foundational cornerstone. While referred to as the Perfetti method predominantly in Spain, it is also recognized as Cognitive Therapeutic Exercise (CTE), a formulation pioneered by Carlo Perfetti, a neuropsychiatrist. This approach derives its underpinnings from the realms of Learning Psychology, Epistemology, and classical Neurophysiology. The method underscores the significance of activating cognitive processes that intricately influence movement initiation. The proposed course of action and intervention constitutes an innovative program. It involves the systematic assessment of individuals' requirements, situated within a multidisciplinary framework. This initiative encompasses the integration of augmented motivational therapy, tailored on an individual basis, to comprehensively address patients' day-to-day progress. The introduction of incentivized tasks aims to recoup lost functionalities and bolster self-esteem, thereby rendering invaluable support for their personal fulfillment.
