RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN AUTOMATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

This article is devoted to the research and development of an automated information system (AIS) for project management. The purpose of the research is to create a system that allows effective project management, control of deadlines, budget and resources. As part of the work, existing project management methods were analyzed, functional and non-functional requirements for the system were identified, the AIS architecture was developed using modern technologies, and its functionality and performance were tested. The result of the study was a developed and tested AIS demonstrating improved project management efficiency through automation of key processes such as planning, execution control and results analysis. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the developed system to manage projects of varying complexity and scale, contributing to improving the efficiency of organizations.
