DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE FUNCTIONING OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF THE CHECHEN REPUBLIC

This study is devoted to studying the current state of industrial enterprises in the Chechen Republic, identifying positive and negative trends in development, efficiency of industrial enterprises, as well as developing proposals to improve their efficiency. The purpose of this work is to analyze the directions of increasing the efficiency of industrial enterprises, as well as measures aimed at improving the organization of production processes, the use of innovative technologies to increase their efficiency. In addition, the issue of intellectual capital development in the era of digitalization of the global space is considered in the context of increasing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises. The mechanisms for ensuring the formation, development and use of intellectual capital in the context of digital transformation as a basis for increasing the competitive advantages of the country’s industrial enterprises are considered. This makes it necessary and relevant for further scientific research in the field of developing adaptive theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations that make it possible to effectively organize the workflow at industrial enterprises in the context of the formation of a digital environment. The study examines the possibilities of developing the intellectual capital of industrial enterprises, in which their transformed human capital combined with digitalization processes are key sources of increasing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the proposed mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of the formation, development and use of intellectual capital with implemented digital knowledge in improving the efficiency of industrial enterprises and the formation of competitive advantages. The results of the study make it possible to better and more purposefully influence the increase in the efficiency of industrial enterprises through the use of innovative forms and can be used within the framework of sectoral programs developed by ministries and departments aimed at strategic management of the economy and industry. The research methods are the method of scientific abstraction, methods of analysis and synthesis, and the method of system analysis. The scientific novelty lies in the development of an integrated and holistic approach to ensure the transformation of industrial enterprises through synthesis with digital technologies, the use of which would accelerate the development of industrial enterprises in the Chechen Republic.
