THE FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING AT THE ENTERPRISE
The purpose of this study is to form a functional industrial engineering management system at an enterprise that provides an effective response to external changes and internal production relationships. The objectives of the research include: to identify the basic elements of a functional control system, to identify the mechanisms of interaction of these elements in the management process, to determine the role of digital technologies and automation in improving the efficiency of industrial engineering. The methodology is based on the application of the classical scheme of the functional system proposed by P.K. Anokhin, supplemented by modern methods of analysis and synthesis. The main results of the study: the basic elements of the functional management system of industrial engineering are presented: the external environment, memory, resources, programming unit and executive body, the principles of forming structured relationships between these elements are defined, it is shown that the introduction of digital technologies significantly improves the ability of enterprises to respond promptly to environmental changes. The study confirmed the assumption of the need for an integrated approach to industrial engineering management, including regular monitoring and integration of digital technologies.
