Computer electronic information technologies are widely used. They are necessary in all spheres of the country’s life, and production and people’s lives are inseparable from computer electronic information technologies. However, in the field of engineering management, the use of computer electronic information technologies has not yet become widespread, there are many problems in practical application, and their use in engineering management is relatively small, and the role of science and technology is not involved.
