Phytochemical Analysis and In vitro Antidiabetic, Anticancer and Antiperiodontal Activities of Synthesized silver nanoparticles using Aegle marmelos fruits
Silver nanoparticles synthesized from Aegle marmelos fruit showed strong in vitro antidiabetic, anticancer, and anti-periodontal activity. Characterization was done using XRD, UV, FTIR, SEM, and EDX. Maximum inhibition was 72.56% (-amylase), 71.55% (-glucosidase), and IC50 of 7.78 µg/mL against MDA-MB-231 cells. Antibacterial zones ranged from 7-9 mm against key oral pathogens at 100 µg/mL.
