Landscape Complex Planning in the Big Data Era
In the era of big data, the rapid development of information technology has led to a surge in the amount of data, which has profoundly affected the landscape design industry. Traditional landscape planning methods rely on empirical judgement, making it difficult to meet the demand for high-quality landscape space and ecological protection. This study explores the innovative application of big data in landscape complex planning, analysing its theoretical basis and its application in site analysis, functional positioning, design optimisation and operation management. Taking Chongqing Garden Expo Park as an example, the important role of big data is verified. At the same time, new strategies are proposed to address the challenges of data collection, quality control and privacy security, to help the digital transformation of the industry, to promote scientific and sustainable development, and to lay the foundation for creating a high-quality, ecological and intelligent landscape space
