A Study on the Translation of Chinese Baijiu Publicity from the Perspective of Narrative Theory—A Case Study of Luzhou Laojiao

中国白酒是中华传统文化的重要组成部分之一。随着“一带一路”倡议和全球化的不断发展，白酒的国际影响力和市场份额也在逐渐扩大。翻译作为文化交流的中介和经济合作的桥梁，在白酒的国际化进程中起着不可替代的作用。叙事理论为翻译研究提供了新的视角和方法，通过将叙事理论引入到中国白酒外宣翻译研究中，构建叙事理论视角下中国白酒外宣翻译的策略，有利于提升白酒的国际知名度，传播中华优秀白酒文化。Chinese Baijiu is a vital component of traditional Chinese culture. With the continuous development of the Belt and Road Initiative and globalization, the international influence and market share of Baijiu have gradually expanded. Translation, serving as an intermediary for cultural exchange and a bridge for economic cooperation, plays an irreplaceable role in the internationalization process of Baijiu. Narrative theory offers a new perspective and methodologie for translation research. By introducing narrative theory into the research on the publicity translation of Chinese Baijiu and constructing translation strategies from the perspective of narrative theory, it is conducive to enhancing the international reputation of Baijiu and disseminating the excellent Chinese Baijiu culture.
