EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF AN INVESTMENT PROJECT (USING THE EXAMPLE OF JSC AGROCOMPLEX NAMED AFTER N. I. TKACHEV)

The article develops an investment project to open a store with products of JSC Agrocomplex named after N. I. Tkachev. The analysis of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise is carried out, the theoretical aspects of evaluating the effectiveness of the investment project are given. It has been revealed that for a company to thrive, it is important to choose a strategy that either strengthens its position as a leader in product offerings or focuses on the uniqueness of its offerings. It has been established that the implementation of the project contributes to improving the efficiency of the organization.
